Onboarding and choosing your subscription tier

To onboard, create your account, verify your email, then complete the onboarding wizard: name your organisation, set your residency region, and choose a subscription tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). The tier sets how many AI systems and team members you can register and which compliance modules are unlocked. You can change tier later from Billing; upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply at the next renewal. If you are unsure which tier fits, start on the lowest tier that covers your registered AI systems and upgrade when you add more.

4. Change tier later from Billing as your needs grow.
